Tai Chi

Location: Piccolo Park, Portland

Time: Tuesday’s at 7:30 pm

$15 per class 60 MINUTES

In our Tai Chi class, we will be learning the how to create better balance, increase strength and generate neuroplasticity (the ability of the brain to form and regrow brain cells and connections, especially in response to learning or following injury).

Each month we will be learning a different set of movements that will combine into a form later. All of the material will be covered consistently to build a strong foundation for your personal practice.

Tai Chi in Motion
